This policy explains how Ofski, MB handles personal data in connection with OFSKI EMS.
1. Who is responsible
Ofski, MB, company code 304215619, Naugarduko g. 26-13, LT-03225 Vilnius, Lithuania. Email: info@ofski.dev.
Data inside a workspace. A workspace holds the customer’s own data, such as events, contacts and finances. For that data the customer is responsible as the controller, and we process it only on the customer’s behalf.
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored only as a hash).
- Workspace data: the information the customer enters into the Service.
- Billing data: company details, invoices and payment status.
- Technical data: IP address, sign-in times and server logs.
3. Why we use it
- To provide and support the Service (performance of a contract).
- To issue invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
4. Who we share it with
We use service providers only to run the Service: a hosting provider in the European Union and an email delivery provider. They process data on our instructions. We also share data with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and workspace data while the agreement is in force. After it ends, the workspace is deleted within 30 days. Copies in backups are deleted when those backups expire. Accounting records are kept for 10 years, as Lithuanian law requires.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Each workspace has its own database. Passwords are stored only as hashes. Access is limited to the people who need it.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive a copy of it. Write to info@ofski.dev. You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt).
8. Cookies
We use only cookies that are necessary for the Service to work, such as the sign-in session and security tokens.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
