What counts as a paid member?
Full access, Finance and Marketing members use paid seats. Read-only viewers and crew are always free.
Can I change the number of members later?
Yes. Add or remove members any time in Plan & usage; your next invoice reflects the change.
What happens after the trial?
If you don’t choose a plan, the workspace is locked until you do. Your data is kept for 30 days, then deleted.
How is AI billed?
Every workspace gets starter AI credits. After that, AI actions use credits you buy separately; prices per action are shown in Plan & usage.
What support do I get?
Standard: support by email and in the app on business days 9:00–17:00 (Vilnius time), with a first reply within 1 business day. Enterprise: priority support with an SLA agreed in your contract.
Do you charge VAT?
The €99 price includes Lithuanian VAT at 21%. An EU business with a valid VAT number pays €81.82 per paid member and accounts for the VAT itself under the reverse charge; turn on “I’m an EU business with a VAT number” in the calculator above to see that total. Outside the EU, no Lithuanian VAT applies — write to us and we will confirm your invoice before you subscribe.
